Vodafone has quietly added a new device to its pre-paid line up of devices with the Vodafone branded Smart E8 4G now on-sale for $89.

Vodafone have been marketing their own devices now, mainly overseas, but they’ve started bringing them here as far back as 2013. The Vodafone Smart E8, which was announced back in June, isn’t going to wow anyone with its specs but for the price it could certainly be a lot worse.

So here is a rundown of the full spec the Vodafone Smart E8 4G is offering:

Surprisingly the Vodafone Smart E8 will come with Android 7.1 (Nougat) as normally we tend to see pre-paid devices at least one, and more often up to 3 or more Android versions back.

Vodafone is selling the Smart E8 4G from your local Vodafone stores and resellers for the price of $89. Please also note that the phone is locked to the Vodafone network and as such unlocking fees do apply. You will need to contact Vodafone directly to find out what the unlocking fees would be.
