A few of you have asked me on Twitter what the latest news is in regards to the Samsung/Google Nexus S, and the latest news on the web at the moment is that it has hit the FCC, again, with newer antennas for WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G. The bands point to 1700/2100MHz at least with 900MHz no doubt being thrown in the mix for use in Europe and of course Australia (Vodafone + Optus). Speaking of the Nexus S in Australia, we’ve had a couple of visits (<10) from Android 2.3 devices with most originating in the United States though we can confirm one came from within Australia. That's not to say the visit wasn't a fake, though we'd like to hold onto the thought that the Nexus S will launch in Oz. So that's all the news we have for the Nexus S, for now.
