One of our readers was lucky enough to get an answer out of Telstra regarding the release date for Android 3.2 on the Motorola XOOM. Telstra answered via their Twitter account saying that the update has been given the green-light by them and that they’re just waiting for Motorola to push it out sometime around early November.
No word/answer was given about Ice Cream Sandwich which is expected considering even Motorola aren’t too sure when that’ll happen. At least you have something to look forward to in the near future, XOOMers.
I believe there was a post on the Motorola support forums by an employee stating the Xoom ICS update is coming, but he didn’t know the timeline at the moment.
