Off the back of the IFA events overnight has come a rush of Press releases, Samsung have been quick to notify media outlets this morning of their intent to release the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy Gear Smartwatch and Note 10.1 (2014 edition) in Australia soon.
Following the success of the Samsung GALAXY Note range in Australia, we are excited to confirm that Samsung GALAXY Note 3 as well as the innovative new GALAXY Gear and the GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) will all be launching in Australia soon. Pricing and availability information will be made available closer to the launch date.
The major carriers have also had their say through Samsung’s PR on the new range of devices, particularly the Galaxy Note III:
Telstra
Telstra is excited to announce it will range the new Samsung GALAXY Note 3 and GALAXY Gear when it comes to Australia. Pricing and availability will be confirmed at a later date.
Virgin
Virgin Mobile Australia is pleased to announce it will be an official mobile provider of the highly anticipated Samsung GALAXY Note 3 when it arrives in Australia. Actually, we’re a bit excited about this one.

Optus
Optus today confirms it will be ranging the Samsung GALAXY Note 3 when it launches in Australia soon.

Vodafone

Don’t bother with the Optus Smartphone Alerts… I registered for the S4 and it didn’t work – I got more information from Ausdroid than the alerts.
I guess the note3 will have a huge of bloatware as androidauthority said before.
Won’t buy unless there is a google play edition.
Given the SPen software and features are embedded in Touchwiz I doubt you will get a Play edition. Otherwise you end up with just a “normal” stylus-less phone.
With 32gb as the base size and expandable memory who cares about the bloatware. Just Remove it, Freeze it or Hide it depending on your level of Android knowledge and know- how.
