If you planned on voting in the Play Store’s best of survey it’s too late because today Google have unveiled the results of the survey announcing the big winners.
The results have been broken down into various categories and often give us a way to find some top notch apps. The winners this year were:
- App: Video Editor – Glitch Video Effects

- Ebook: Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark
- Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame

- Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse
-

So that’s it for another year. Interestingly I do not have a single one of these apps/movies or books on my phone. The strange one is Ablo — an app that lets you talk to strangers in your own language — sure the app sounds interesting, but the best of 2019? Well, their developers obviously had the best bots voting for them.
Anyone agree with the results? What would you have for the best apps of 2019?
