Today has seen the release of the new Google Pixel Buds into the US market and it seems that buying accessories for your smartphone such as the Pixel Buds is not enough. You can now buy accessories for your accessories.
Nomad is offering different coloured leather cases for your Pixel Buds on the US Google Store. Known for delivering high quality products that fit well and are finished will Nomad has designed a case that fits over the Pixel Buds case including the lid and is available in three colours, brown, black and blue.
The leather cases are made from ‘genuine Horween leather” and is thin enough for it not to interfere with the wireless charging of the Pixel Buds. There is a “subtle, optical pipe” to allow for the charging light to be seen through the cases and there is a wrist strap attachment included in the box as well.
The leather cases are most likely only going to be available in the US and with a price tag of US$35 they are most definitely a luxury item. By the time they arrived here you would be looking at around AU$60 making them worth around a quarter of the price of the Buds themselves.
