If you’ve just nabbed a new Fitbit or Pixel Watch at Christmas, you’ve got one of the best fitness trackers out there. Like many services though, there are a lot of features available, but some require a subscription.

A feature like sleep profiles, health metrics and daily readiness are all included.

If you’re keen to check out the premium subscription service, then there are a couple of options. The first is the free trial which runs for 90 days. In my eyes, a smart move because it’s long enough to adjust to the premium features and experience them properly. Then you’ll lose them, which is a great time — assuming you like them — to hit the 12-month subscription for $129.99, quite a discount from the $14.99 per month ($179.88 annually).

Enjoy your new acquisition and use the resource to improve your health and wellness in 2023.

Thanks for the reminder. I just went in and made sure my 6 month Pixel Watch free trial was not going to roll over for an automatic annual payment in April. Best way to see if I was actually getting any use from it will be to let it expire and see if I notice. I don’t think I’ll miss it.

Doesn’t the Pixel Watch get 6 months free? I won’t be paying for it afterwards as it doesn’t interest me.
