Back in April it was delayed all the way until Q3 of this year (now!), and now the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo is finally available for purchase at your local Telstra store and online for $0 upfront on the $59 Freedom Connect plan over 2 years. I had a play with the Xperia Neo earlier in the year and found it to be a really great device (Matt’s review here), it has the responsiveness and speed of the Xperia Arc and the look and feel of the Xperia Play and Arc combined, which is a great combination. Sony Ericsson have really made inroads since the abysmal Xperia X10 and props to them for that. We should have our review of the Xperia Neo up very soon, hold tight.
If you’re waiting for a more high-powered Sony Ericsson device, I think you should hold out for a little while, don’t you?
