Huawei are taking big steps to promote their brand awareness in Australia. They have been placing “Huawei experience Zones” into shopping centres across Sydney, and have moved further afield, placing their latest one in Westfield Tea Tree Plaza in the North Eastern Suburbs of South Australia.
The experience zones feature a number of Huawei consumer technologies, such as phones tablets and mobile broadband dongles for you to go hands-on with. Experienced demonstrators are also on hand to show you what each device has to offer.
On the back of their sponsorship announcement of the Gold Coast Suns, as well as promoting experiential zones at shopping centres and the Royal Easter show, it’s clear that they are making a big effort to improve their brand recognition, and placement in Australia.
We’ve had a good run with Huawei devices on reviews in particular the P7 and Mate 7 both receiving very positive feedback from our reviewer – and indications are the newly announced P8 is just as good. Huawei may be rolling out these experiential zones further afield, and we’ll be watching to tell you where you can experience everything they have to offer..
