We’re just over 24 hours from the 2022 Made by Google event and it seems — it’s not really a secret — that Fitbit has spilled the beans. Users of the Fitbit app can already pair and set up a Pixel Watch, even though the device isn’t yet available.
Clearly, this isn’t yet turned on, because if you follow through with trying to connect the device, you’ll be directed back to the Play Store. You’ll be prompted to update the app, followed by an error that is essentially telling you that your phone is old or your app isn’t updated.
Given the event is on in the early hours, we’ll know everything there is to know about the Pixel watch and other coming devices Friday morning.
