Huawei makes some excellent hardware outside of their phone range. Over the last 12 months, we’ve had the opportunity to get hands-on with a number of these items. Now the end of financial year is approaching we’re going to see some big savings.
Huawei Freebuds Pro: Down to $259.00 from AU $329.00 recommended retail. In our review, we found them comfy, easy to use and delivered great sound. At $259.00, even cheaper — at the time of writing — on Amazon, they’re on the recommended list for sure.
Huawei Freebuds Studio are the bigger brother option to the Pro. They retail for $499.00 and are a viable competitor to the likes of Bose and Sennheiser. With the price drop to $329.00, there really isn’t an excuse to not have quality headphones.
The Matebook X Pro is a beast, a complete beast. Without embellishment, it handled anything short of high-end gaming we threw at it during the review. The biggest problem we found was the price, at $3,299.00 it’s clearly being marketed as a competitor to the high-end Macbook Pro. But that also puts it out of realistic bounds for many potential buyers. Down to $1,839.00 it’s far more affordable and, as a powerhouse piece of hardware, it will meet user needs for some time.
