Android 7 Nougat

Now that the excitement of the final release of Android 7.0 Nougat is over, it’s time to look to the future. At the release of Nougat, Google announced they would be delivering regular quarterly maintenance releases (MR), and while speculating on the mid-cycle version numbers may not be as much fun as guessing the name for Android O it will give us something to do, right?

Thankfully, popular leaker Evan Blass of @Evleaks has gone and added fuel to the fire with his predictions/ leaks on what the first 3 MR will be.

With Evan’s track record and the recent rumours about Android 7.1 shipping on the new Nexus devices, this all seems to make sense. So the big question is will be get and Android 7.2 or will we jump to Android 8.0, go forth and speculate!
