Google have announced today the release of V 2.1 of Android Studio with support for the new features of the Android N Developer Preview. This gives Developers the ability to preview the new SDK, experiment with the new Java 8 support and test their apps with Googles official Android N emulator.
It’s good to see Google continuing to roll out the development tools for up and coming releases of Android earlier and earlier. Perhaps we may see greater adoption of the Android N APIs this year. With Google IO just around the corner it is likely that we will see some updated apps showcased in their Android App awards this year.
Which feature are you most looking forward to developers implementing from Android N? Let us know below.
