Foxtel has reduced its Android TV streaming device, the Foxtel Now Box, to $56 through its eBay store. The deal includes free delivery (in 4-5 business days).

Given Foxtel never worked out how to bring Netflix into the fold, you might have better luck with other devices like Vodafone TV ($72).

The Foxtel Now Box does otherwise get you into the Android TV ecosystem if you’ve been looking for a cheap way to do so.

As an Android TV device you get Chromecast built-in though, so you can cast everything but Netflix to the box as well.

This box is terrible. I regret using it. It’s so locked down you can do anything. If you want a good android tv box that’s not expensive get the Vodafone tv box

Just checked the eBay store and it’s still 99

Justme

Incorrect info as it is still priced at $99 on eBay store.

Why on earth does a TV broadcaster need an extra box to watch the content?

Foxtel’s profit is plunging, but be rest assured, your $56 will go towards propping up Rupert and giving him the cash to hire late night right-wing hosts
